I do think it's cool, they have great customer service. I've been buying cards from them for the last year now and I've never had a problem. Fast shipping and competetive prices and now I see they have great customer service. I'm sure they would rather me be happy and continue to purchase from them then have me go to another dealer. Nice to see that some businesss still say the customer is always right.
