I have no idea what to do on this one. I asked him to give me a U.S. address to ship to, and he did. Somewhere in Michigan. So, I'm mailing the card tomorrow to an unconfirmed address in Michigan. He has a 16 feedback score. I sure hope all pans out okay.
Heck, if I wanted this type of headache, I would have opened up the auction for international bidders. I may have gotten more for my card. Here's the link:

Do yourself a favor and don't ship this one - if they pay via certified funds I will send wherever they want the card to go - bad idea to ship this to MI - may as well have sent it to Taiwan as you are still not protected
