We should all let rconde know if we want to be involved in the cival suit. He is going to the court house on monday. We have to all band together and stick together through this crap.

Now I feel dumb for trusting him and his sob story. The other stories seems less likely who would want that pig of a wife anyways (I saw her on one of the breaks).

Small claims courts usually do not have large fees. A local JP court should be able to handle that.

Yep the way he handled opening those packs I thought he was shady! First impression of someone usually is the correct one.

Some people had pre-paid in Dec or for Jan for a break that never happened right? Some of you got refunds on that at least or partial, those that didn't need to post because its not in the "roll over" break down or total amount that was estimated we had previously.

As for going after the roll over in court, I don't know how that will go. The fact that we paid for $50 monthly breaks and got those breaks and cards from them means it was not total fraud. He did break the agreement of using the roll over for another break that we never got. There was no contract though or signed paper work. Its a very grey area and I am sure we could get the judgement on the People's Court or Judge Judy but otherwise its sketchy.

If someone wants to take this on just to stick it to Champ and maybe get some of money back I can't argue with that but I'm not interested in putting money into this. We all joined knowing Champ had never done this before so it was obviously a risk venture to start with.

Well, believe me or not, but this is whats going on in my life. Early December a friend of my fiancee' came to stay with us, and things seemed to be going okay. Then, she broke up with me, and then hooked up with the new roommate. I almost left, and she threatened to go to court over the kids and child support. Then, she also claimed both kids on her taxes, leaving me with nothing to get credit on so I'm left with #@#@#@#@ for a return.
Basically, payments aren't going to be made anytime soon. Am I happy about that? No, but at the same time I'm trying to look out for my kids, and myself while struggling to stay in an unhealthy situation at the moment. I made sure everybody got all their cards they were due, and tried to handle the chaos as best as I could. In the end, people will be out $50, if there was a way to fix it I would.

now i have this message from his friend via email:
Ok. I realize you guys are out $50, but all i can say is this: Everything Jon has said to you is truth. My name is Kyle, i am the guy he was talking about that his fiancee had left him for. He is finacially in a bind right now. It is beyond his control. There is no need to get up in arms over $50. You all paid in, you got what you paid for. If your worried about the shipping being extra, why not settle for that?
What the hell?!?! I totally forget about this thread for a few weeks and all hell breaks loose?

First off, when did Jonathan have 2 kids? I thought he only had that newborn.

Second, the guy who plows his wife suddenly vouches that Jonathan is a douche bag? What next? Sandusky suddenly writing a letter of recommendation on Jonathan's behalf?

We are NEVER going to see that money. He's had what 12 different cell phone numbers in a few years? That's not a good sign my friends. Just call the Sheriff and let him hassle Jonathan for the cash.

Signed contract or not the proof is all over this thread and the others as far as what was agreed upon. I'd like to see him committ perjury in a court. Johnny boy I wish I could be open about what I do for a living, it would surely scare the sh** out of you, and then some, I can guarantee that...

Looks like we all SOL. Maybe we can head to his house and convince him to donate some of his nice cards so we can sell them and split up the money.
