Received today. Card were damaged because the way they were shipped (In my opinion).

Putting them in a box with some popcorn will not prevent damage. These card are so delicate and doesn't take much to damage.

You didn't even protect the Koufax 11/25.

Why didn't you take better care when shipping?

To say the least I'm so upset.
Fitch123 reply:

This is how comc ships cards, how they suggest you ship cards to them and how I've shipped cards for over 13years. Penny sleeves create space for movement and damge cards in bulk shipment. Please don't tell me how to ship cards, I've done 3k+ transactions successfully...its about preventing movement (which I did).
Attahced picture on how the cards were shipped. I removed the popcorn the on top:

This can't be the best way to ship these cards. Was I being unreasonable to be upset?

In my opinion, those cards were shipped a little carelessly; Granted that method is a good way to store base cards (it's how most people do it, I'm sure) but shipping them requires just a little extra protection. I would say penny sleeves would have been a good idea.

Not sure why you took a picture that is not representative of how the cards were shipped.

When shipped, there was foam on all sides of the cards (front, back, top and bottom). There was zero movement and thus zero damage that could occur (aside from the package being physically crushed/damaged). This is a completely efficient way to ship bulk, sorry if you are unfamiliar with it.

Penny sleeves w/ padding creates too much cramping/unnecessary space for movement imho. If you need some extra money for penny sleeves I will gladly paypal you 50 cents.

You have gone too far......there was no padding in the packaging!!!!
If I didn't receive the cards damaged this wouldn't be an issue.

Your approach to deal with this has shows me the type of person you are.

Thumbs down and a negative feedback will follow!

I'm done dealing with you!!!

I have gone too far? What over-dramatic world are you living in? Is this some type of joke?

No padding? I literally put padding all around your cards.

Show me some damage other than moderate chipping that is standard with these cards. All you've done is show me pictures of packaging.

If cards were damaged the best course of action would be to send me pictures of the damage, assess the value of damaged cards and ask if there was a possibility of refund. I would then willingly refund you your $10-20 and be on my way. Instead, you offer no solution, simply establishing how angry you are that I packaged the cards the same way I've packaged every bulk shipment of base/inserts I've ever sent while showing no evidence of damage and only alluding to such in my threads and not with me directly.

What kind of person I am? You have been nothing but rude, and only deserve the same in return. Please refrain from entering my breaks or trading with me. You will be placed on my ignore list. Good day sir.

Got the card today. Kinda alarmed that you used a old bubble mailer and re taped it. The tape almost came open and the card almost fell out. Next time please just use a new bubble mailer on a $200 plus card. thanks chad
