For the two of you that had issues...here is the responce for Joe at BGS.

Unfortunately we have had to stop grading the Rookie Premiere and Photo Shoot autos from 2000 to 2009 due to a large number of counterfeits that hit the market. Basically there were a bunch of blank cards that got out with the “Topps Certified Auto” designation already on them and someone got a hold of them and counterfeited the autos. We’ve started grading the 2010 cards again because Topps finally started serial numbering the cards.



Sadly enough it is also easy to counterfeit the Bowman Originals and Buybacks autos. Counterfeiters are simply using some sort of substance to remove the sticker from the cases of common autos and then counterfeiting bigger name autos of guys like Pujols, Griffey, etc. and putting them into those cases. Unfortunately we have no record of your specific auto ever having existed.

Dam that blows just sent Ryan,Brohm dual and Harvin,Crabtree,Bey,Maclin quad both certified in last month submission guess there not getting graded.
