Its too late - we had to order by 330 EST. Unfortunately at 330 EST we still had like 6 guys who had yet to pay. Now we are down to needing 3 more that have still yet to pay.

How many PMs and deadlines do these guys need really?? You have sent multiple messages and posted a fair deadline to give them plenty of time....we need to move on with this and go to backups! If not we may be dealing with this kinda stuff holding up the breaks each and every month from the same select few!

I agree and think you are being very fair as not everyone checks these boards all the time. But with that being said, you did give a deadline and it passed. Maybe make a new deadline for today and then move on????

Next month I am going to set an earlier and mandatory deadline. It's my fault for not doing so earlier.

I think you've done an excellent job. We just need everyone to check the thread for updates, too. Life happens, so it's sometimes hard for some individuals to check all the time, but subscribing to it will help, I think.
