No, it was a "By the Hit break before", not is a "Hit Draft", so everyone still gets a guaranteed hit, but you'll get to draft now instead of it being random.

Yes, once all payments come in (before the break), the list of participants is given to a MOD to random. After the random, the order that is given is the order that the draft takes place.
