Hey guys, i'm sending this message through my wifes phone. The internet is out again and after half an hour with customer support, its still out. ill keep you guys posted and i'm really sorry. Pissed off too but not at you guys.

Did some troubleshooting but still nothing. I got escalated to level 2 issue but apparently have to wait 24 hours so they can see if its a problem with the tower. I never thought id be so happy to switch back to Comcast but I can't wait.

alright no worries hope you get your comcast internet soon, seems like a major pain not having internet access.
