Default My Blind Lot Breaks

In case you didn't see the thread that I had in the other section, here is how I made out with one of Chris' 12-box blind lots.

2007 Topps Co-Signers Baseball
2007 Topps Moments & Milestones Baseball
2007 Topps Allen & Ginter Baseball
2007 TriStar Elegance
2007 Upper Deck Spectrum Baseball
2007 Bowman Chrome Baseball
2006 TriStar Prospects Plus Hobby
2006 Fleer Greats of the Game
2005 UD Reflections
2004 Donruss Elite Extra Edition
2003 Upper Deck Prospect Premieres
2001 Leaf Rookies & Stars Baseball

I don't know how many I'll keep and how many I'll sell but I'll post what I get out of each in here. (Who am I kidding? I'll open them all b/c I'm weak)

I opened three last night.

I'd say you did pretty well on the Tristar products. Double check the backs on your Prospects Plus, they have some parallels auto's that were hard to see on the front (I pulled a Alex Gordon /25 out of my boxes). You may of gotten a short print auto too, don't remember where that list is though. If I find it, I'll post it.

Bam...check these out, they seem really cool and so far everyones seemed pretty happy with their breaks.

The Upton is a short-print...probably the best short-print of course.

Kolby Clemens was who I thought was the best of the SP's - sold ours for $200. Only got $75 for Upton.

If I remember correctly - you were the winner of our auction.

Try Something NEW !
We get shipments of Hundreds of cases a Week. Many times we get damages that are slight but must be discounted. All Packs inside are fine. We are offering a special "Blind" Buying event.
12 Boxes of Baseball Products for $900
These can and may include Premium Brands such as Bowman Chrome, Tribute, Alan Ginter, SP Authentic, Leg Cuts, Triple Threads ect.....along with Base brands also....Its too difficult to make a list but we can tell you
that the pricing will be higher than the $900 price tag. (There is no junk wax ect...and all products are within the last few years)
Give it a shot !

Wow! That box was some kind of awful!! I'd post hits in here but I can't say there were any!!

Just checked all the TriStar cards and the only numbered cards were the Burke that I mentioned and the Maybin jersey card (#/250).

Ouch! The rest of the boxes were pretty bad. I mean....really bad. I should have stopped after the decent TriStar success. I finally did stop with two boxes left.

It was fun breaking some stuff that I hadn't purchased before but I doubt I do this again.

Default Ouch

That was brutal.. maybe 300 back on 900 buckaroos. I was thinking of doing this, but now will pass. Even selling the boxes separate you would of came up short with fees and all.

I put 900 in a 5.00 slot and made 150.00 I think I will stick to that, less mess and anguish.

I don't agree. I think he would have either broken even or made some money counting the fees had he sold them all individually.

I did the math last few sold would of brought about 1025.00 minus fees of around 8% net would of been 940.00 I stand corrected. Time value = $40
