(2) 08 Triple Threads..From BO

Well I have now busted 11 boxes of this stuff and I have not had any luck at all. This time I was shorted an auto! What should I do about this?

Send them the UPC Code from the shorted box, with the receipt and a brief letter to:
TOPPS CONSUMER RELATIONS
401 YORK AVENUE
DURYEA, PA. 18642

I opened two CASES a couple weeks ago and was shorted one of the "1/1" Case Hits....called their Cust. Serv. # and they said to send them a letter and the UPC from the CASE and "they'll take care of me"...I have no idea what that means....just watching the mailbox now to see what shows up.

I would call first before sending everything in. It doesn't hurt to get your name into their system before some random package shows up saying that they owe you something.
