Did Donruss Threads make a Jim Palmer error???

I was looking through my cards and I realized that my two Jim Palmer autographs were different. Here is the first one, a 2005 Sp legendary cuts auto/25, as you can see it reads like Jim Palmers autograph

But in the second one which is a 2008 Donruss threads auto/100, it looks like his autograph is upside down

I think that donruss made an error card but im not sure.

it says 6/25 on both cards.....looks like the same card

Wow...that autograph is upside down.
