2006 Bowman Sterling?

I love these cards, but have never bought them by the box. How is the turn out? Is it usually a loss or a nice yield? I love the cards and all, but they are pricey per box...
Any comments, or good/bad break stories would be much appreciated. Thanks

I think the boxes are good breaks, but you can't necessarily turn right around and sell every single card you pull. You will need to sit on some of the prospect & rookie cards until the players get on a hot streak, get called up, etc.
