well, considering the potential buyer is a yankee's fan, i would definitely put a premium on it... but i was really serious when I said to go higher... maybe at least 4...

Jeter stuff is never cheap, Clemens in a Yankee's jersey is not a big deal. Without knowing what it would be numbered to, and hoping they would both be on card autographs, (also new high end UD product) I'd think $250-$350.

I think your assesment of 250-300 is dead on. Especially if they are going to buy it as the redemption. It might fetch more on the bay right now since you are ahead of most. I am jealous, I will be waiting another week I presume to receive/open mine. Let's us know what your patch hits are.

I am thinking the same thing, it's killing me to watch while I don't even think Blowout has shipped yet. If only I lived closer to a card store, I would have some today too to hold me over. I am 2 1/2 hours from the closest store, so I will have to wait till next week.

Why not offer it to him at $500? It won't cost you anything in relisting fees. I think sellers, more often than not, way undervalue their cards, and that is why they don't make money on their cases anymore. Too many low BIN. Just my opinion. As a collector, I'm happy about it. But I would like to see you guys make money as well and stay in the business for a long, long time.

$250 - $300 is more realistic since its a redemption BUT since you have interest it can't hurt to shoot a little higher like $400. That way the buyer feels like he accomplished something when you settlefor only$300.

Leave some good stuff for me when I pick mine up tomorrow morning

Yes, All The Letter Patches Are Autographed. If Your Selling On EBay I Think That $250-$350 Would Be A Good Price Range To Put It Up As A Buy It Now Option. I'm Nearly 100% It Won't Sell For Above $350 BECAUSE IT IS A REDEMPTION CARD. When Putting Something Up On Auction Boards (Especially E-Bay) People Like Images. I Know This From Experience...Redemptions Of Could-Of-Been A Great $$ Maker Have Lost Me Money. You Could Always Redeem It & Then Sell But It Might Take A Month Or Two To Get The Card Back & By That Time SP Authentic Might Have Cooled Down & A Different Product Will Be Hot, Which Means A Loss Of Potential Profit. I Say Put It Up Right Now For Anything Around The $250-$350 Price Range.

For some reason I always thought the point of these was to collect the whole last name. Again they inserted other letters, unless there is a R in Delmon Young or a K in Felix Pie. Am I mistaken here??

Just to be able to produce a few extra cards or make certain things SPs, they might have spelled out the letters for ROOKIE, or like last year's Roger Clemens cards, they spelled out ROCKET. Just another twist to the Letterman set.

good god those letter autos suck this year. I wish they wouldnt have done rookies because who will want some of those guys. But that Jeter and Clemens is really nice.

Found this Howie Kendrick w/ the letter "A", which I'm guessing might start to spell out "ANGELS". Maybe the Griffey Jr. variation spells out "CINCINNATI"?
