2008 topps chrome hobby box break...hello mr. Mantle

I saw one of these on sale at a local Shopko for 40 so decided to get it. Glad I did. Mantle will be going on Ebay this weekend

but dang the luck, the next day a pipe burst and dumped water in my office. lost about 40,000 cards to water damage. nothing major, mainly commons. hopefully i can get that much for the mantle to help pay for repairs since insurance won't cover it.
