Default 1 Box of Topps Pro Debut...aweful

So I broke a box today from the LCS. It is supposed to have two auto's and two relics. I got my two relics.......but where the eff were the autos! I am emailing Topps right now about this. These were my "hits". Do not think I am going to purcahse this product again. Anyone else bust this and not get what you were supposed to? Never had a problem with any Topps product before today. Very suprised.

Scanned everything and sent via email like the website said. Get a reply they want all the packs. Is this normal?

I would say that sounds about right. They used to be pretty lax and didn't make you send in all the wrappers but I am sure there have been people taking advantage of that so they had to change the policy.

I've always wondered, what's the point of making you send in the packs? Are they hoping to discover something (haha) or just making you jump through a hoop to see if you really bought the product?

i guess maybe proof that you busted the whole box would be the only thing i can think of and that all the packs have matching serial numbers i.e. they came from the same box.

Topps is pretty good with replacements from packs. I sent in a damaged Singleton Jr. auto I pulled from a couple packs, and had the replacement in less than a week.

did you have to send in the damaged singleton jr auto card to topps or did they just send you the replacement?
