Awesome card. I just wish that it would of been an on card autograph.

Congrats on the hit, but that card should not have a sticker auto on it!

That's what I said in the previous post. The card would look 100X better if it was an on card autograph.

Though I do agree, I also understand the nature of the beast and was ecstatic to pull the card. I only have a gripe with stickers when players sign off of them, I have no complaints with a bold well-centered autograph on a sticker.

That's exactly what I thought, they are gorgeous cards in person. The prospect refractors are awesome in-hand also. Thanks!

HEY! Guess what, if the Auto was On Card it would be in Tribute and cost $300 for a BOX! Plus the other autos would be John Hanrahan and Neil Walker! Be careful what you wish for, sticker autos make star player's autos affordable for the average collector and keep garbage players out of checklists.

It's actually Joel Hanrahan. I never understood why nobody likes him. He's a good reliever.

Sorry if he is one of your favorite players and I botched his name but let me explain:

1) Relievers are starters that could not make the cut because they could not command a second or third plus pitch and would get destroyed the second time through a lineup.

2) The only relievers who belong in a high end product that cost $100 per pack are Hall of Famers or on the way there.

Hanrahan is 30 years old, has 88 career saves and a 3.73 career ERA. He is almost past his peak and he just started pitching decently. He will be out of the game in 3 or 4 years and barely anyone will remember him in 10 years. Nice Autograph to pick up during spring training or as a hit out of Retail Topps packs but he is a slap in the face to a serious hobbyist plunking down hundreds of dollars on boxes.

You are right, he is not spectacular, but he is good. I still think getting his autograph is better than getting a scrub like Heisey or Leo Nunez. He is not my favorite player though.
