So I stopped at my local shop today to check out Topps Sterling. Thank goodness I had asked them a couple days earlier to save me 1 box. They have a regular customer that comes in will open tons of stuff. Apparently this customer got there before I did and opened all 9 other boxes of the case AND opened all of the UD Black they had in stock. Fortunately they remembered to save me my 1 box.

Now that I've reread the title that makes more sence! Might have to try a pack if I have any $$ left over, but given I've got to do the last minute run around for the wife today (I put gift cards for local resturants in her stocking, so she's got places to go out and each lunch since she prefers to eat lunch out - this was a huge hit last year).

I just took a look at the back of the mystery pack. I like how Topps has a disclaimer that says "Topps does not, in any manner, make any representations as to whether its cards will attain any future value."
I think UD should have a disclaimer that reads something like "UD does not, in any manner, guarantee that you will not feel like you got kicked in the nuts after opening our products." |
