Define "irony": a bunch of idiots dancing around on a plane, to a song made famous by a band that died in a plane crash -Garland Greene

I bought a real one today. The differences are easy to spot. In the real one Babe Ruth's hat is not cut off and the G in George is not flush with the edge of the card. There are other differences but those are two of the easiest to spot. Google Babe Ruth fakes.

Are you out of your mind???? How is this anything remotely responsible to say? So you are basically saying that if you see your neighbor being robbed while they are on vacation; if they do not have an alarm system that you should not call the police?

You are a first class moron.

While I agree that people should do their homework, intentionally selling someone fake merchandise IS a crime. In one case a person is losing money by having their stuff stolen, in the other case the person is losing money by buying something that is worth much much less than wait they paid, when they believed otherwise.

In both cases the person losing money probably doesn't have any clue what's going on, and if it's easy for a separate party to do something about it (call the cops or report an item), then why not? I mean you can just have the attitude of "not my fault, they should know better", but if you do, then I hope that if someone seems someone wronging you in the future that they also do nothing.

(And that's directed more at mooney as you said you did report it btw.)

Usually people who can afford these cards will know between real and fake, thus anytime you see an insane card like this going for much cheaper than it should be it's 100% fake.
