Default 1 Box 2012 Triple Threads, 1 Mini Box 2012 Finest, 12 packs of 2012 topps chrome
Went to the LCS for some magnetics and penny sleeves and decided to open my first ever mini box of finest and triple threads. also finished off the rest of what he had in topps chrome.

Lets start with the topps chrome. 12 packs left. Got 1 of the hits and most of the color. Felt i did pretty well there.




2012 Topps Finest Mini Box

Guy Picked the first box for me and it was pretty good then i went to open the second box and i got the hit in the first pack so i stopped right there.





Then i went for the Triple Threads. I made the mistake of passing on it last time and this girl i know opened the box i was going to buy and pulled a Darvish. I didn't get a Darvish but i felt i did well. All Low numbers.. /9 , /18, /18 and /50





All for Trade or Sale. Also let me know if you need base of any of these for your sets. Finest and Triple Threads are too expensive for me to go for a set also i have a lot of topps chrome base and refractors.

If i buy a box for $100 and don't hit anything i want to keep. I then will sell what i pull to recoup as much of that $100 as i can so i can buy more. So if you ask to buy a card i pulled and i give you a deal at $20 DLVD and they sell consistently for $28 on ebay DLVD. WHY ON EARTH WOULD I SELL IT FOR $10-15 WHEN I CAN JUST SELL IT ON EBAY FOR $28???

Everything is for trade or sale. I only collect cj Wilson so unless you have any you will most likely be buying.

Am I understanding this correctly, that your LCS allowed you to leave 5 packs in a mini Finest box with no remaining hit?

Yah im buying single packs. I will just open packs til I hit something. Sometimes it's the first pack sometimes it's the 18th pack.

If your LCS lets you do this then I guess it's cool ... but this is the reason I stopped buying loose packs from mine. If I walk into a shop and see an open mini box of Finest with 5 packs left, I don't touch it. Kinda shady that the owner will continue to sell the packs knowing the hit is gone.

i see what you're saying. But there are still color cards in there i guess. i still buy tons of loose packs from him. sometimes i hit, sometimes i dont. i usually try not to open in store as it usually costs me a lot of money since i keep going til i hit lol.
