Default 2011 Bowman Platinum

This is the product that got me back into the hobby last year around this time. So when I went to the local card shop after my dentist appointment, needed some cheering up, I decided to buy their last box.

Gold Variation
A-Gon
Pedroia
Kershaw Pineda RC

Green Variation
Austin Jackson
Descalso RC

Ruby
A-Rod

I will list out the refractors if anybody is interested.

Story Time-
The first pack of this that I opened last year had a Matt Harvey redemption in it. Not knowing who he was (not a prospector) and seeing his BV (noob move, but its what we used 10 years ago) I took the replacement when I was able to. Got a Jacob Turner auto as a replacement, same BV at the time so I didn't argue. Glad I was able to hit another.

That box was better than my entire case I opened when it came out. Sadly, I'm not kidding or exaggerating.

PM an offer, I'm still not sure who's on the checklist for this.

Sorry to hear that. I do love these cards. I am not as big a fan of BC, wish these had more of a following so they would hold their values.

Sadly, I too would have to agree with nepinfan. Eight autos were redemptions, three were duplicates. About the only good thing was an extra Team USA card, which could not be redeemed online, nor did it reveal who the player was... got all three back on the same day and it was all three were Corey Knebel. I mailed them in just before the expiration date and by then he'd already completed his not so spectacular sophmore season at Texas. Is TriStar running a scam dumping the less than stellar prospects? Topps customer service won't comment.

Just before the Team USA redemption auto hit the redemption date, I tried and could not get a code to work. I had to e-mail Topps and they made it right. You might want to contact them?
