5 Star Box Break - Question on Redemptions

Picked up a box of 5 star from my LCS.

Have a really stupid question on the Duke Snider (RIP) redemption signature cut book. I assume the book is ready to ship and is a true 1/1?

According to the sell sheet, cut signature books are 1/1... not sure if it is ready to go...

i agree that it's a 1/1 based on the checklist. maybe Topps is trying to find a 3x5 to slap in the booklet instead of the thousands of sticker autos that they still have left. nice break btw.
