Default Tier 1 Christmas break - Case hit but inactive redemption?? NOOO! =(
Not sure what happened here but it states this redemption is inactive--not wrongly entered, not expired, not scratched (since I pulled it). Any clue guys? GREAT box though, one of my best ever. If I get my redemption, I will be very excited.







Any feedback or advice would be great. Merry Christmas!

Happy ending: It's an issue with 2011 redemption cards. Just got to snail mail it to Topps and I'll have it in a month. Thanks guys.

U hope a month, I redeemed a Matt Latos gold crowd pleasers from 2011 tier one 2 months ago and its still pending on the redeem website. Great box tho...congrats

I was told it should be a fast turn-around since they have the cards in-hand. Not sure about the Latos. Thanks!

Figured I'd bump this up with a status update: The snail mailed redemption card is missing in action at Topps. I've been instructed to contact their e-mail customer service. My fingers are crossed, as I don't want this one to be yanked from my good graces after being so excited upon pulling it. Wish me luck!

A special thanks to Topps on Twitter. If not for them, I never would have gotten this great card. Had a few smudges on the surfaces but I cleaned those off with no issues.
