10 box lot of 09 UD Signature Stars from NFL Promo
 

I decided to get into the latest BO promo even though the last one netted me a $50 box of Football for $179 (and I'm a baseball guy). As is typical, I received an impossible square (5 & 5) so my chances of winning a gift card are about nil. However, the half case of Sig Stars I opened tonight was the most fun I have ever had. Here is a box by box breakdown of the main hits:

[COLOR="Red"]I added prices for what the key cards sold for on eBay. I thought I had an excellent half case but it is amazing just how little collectors think of this product on the secondary market (without MLB license I suppose). Anyway, I still have a huge lot of jerseys and autos listed below without a sale price that will increase the total but I will still end up down around $100 give or take. Regardless, it is likely my best break ever and was a lot of fun! I would not get another 10 box lot of this product though. I'll stick to newer releases of Topps. [/COLOR]

That made 43 hits in 10 boxes. In my research, the Jones Auto, the Grandal Auto Patch, and the Forsythe USA Star Prospects Auto are all supposed to be case hits. I cannot believe my luck.

It completely shocked me after looking at recent case breaks. This would have been a very good full 20 box case.

Probably going to be me lol, I got the last case in the promo. It's a birthday present from my wife/girls so I can't open till Sunday. I'm thinking I should sell now lol. Congrats on the Harper and Chipper Jones, I pulled the same Jeter portraits numbered to 33 I think in last years promo.

Case hits in this product were the Pride of a nation auto these that you pulled seem like low # average pulls Good pulls tho

I don't blame you. I ordered it late Monday on a whim to participate in the Super Bowl Grid Promo. I'm thankful that the case was so good because the grid I got was terrible!

When you consider that a ton of the case hits are redemptions, those are great hits.

Great, I ordered mine Tuesday afternoon lol. I guess it's possible they're not from the same case but knowing my luck it probably was. At least I got 7-6 which is a decent number so I have a little hope.

That is an incredible case! Such a beautiful Chipper Jones autograph. Harper, Bauer, Castellanos, Cole, Machado and Fielder are some great names as well. I think you did wonderful!!!

Thank you. I was amazed. And it is only a half case of 10 boxes. I've seen users post full 20 box case breaks much worse than this (to the point I was scared about opening them). Glad I did!

Are you getting rid of some base cards? I need a few to finish off my set
