Some really amazing cards you pulled. If it's not to intrusive, I would like to hear how much your ROI was after you sell. Just to get an idea on how well this product is doing on the market.

Thank you everyone for the comments. I thought I had no chance at a 2nd Trout RAP after pulling the Trout RAP /99. Then I pull a Trout Black RAP /10. Awesome!!
A couple of the boxes were super loaded. One box had Trout RAP /99, Ripken Gameball Auto /5 and Hornsby Bat /25.
Overall I thought the product was great. If a non-liscensed product lets the manufacturer lower the cost (baseball was $400/box and football is $500/box pre-sell), and it can still be a quality product, I have no problems with it.
Two things I didn't like:
(1) Rated Rookies autos are UGLY...should not be in any product
(2) Overproduction of Ty Cobb cards. Ty Cobb has a lot of cards in National Treasures, which I see as a negative as it is too easy to pull one. I got 6 Ty Cobb relics in 5 cases. I like it when the All-time greats are difficult pulls.

Sure, I will share some ROI numbers once my selling is complete.

Thanks for the info. I guess they may not be as easy to get as it seemed when I opened my cases.

I got five different Cobbs that are all numbered /99. That is 495 Cobb Bat Cards right there. Add the rarer Cobb Cards (combo/triple/prime etc.) to that and there are a large number of Ty Cobbs in National Treasures.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining that I pulled 6 Ty Cobbs. I just think they made too many cards of him.

Great pulls and nice Trouts! It just sucks that ROI is tough when the rookies don't pull higher values due to licensing. Trout should be in the thousands, but unfortuantely collectors aren't really paying much. Luckily you got a great patch on the /10!

But looks pretty rough for $6,500++, no?

We will see. A member has asked me to share ROI on these, and I will be doing so on this thread after selling is complete.
Yes, the liscensing issue hurts with rookie prices, but I don't think it hurts so much on legends stuff. I just didn't pull any super legend cards (i.e. bat barrells, 1/1s, cut autos).

No disrespect intended, so please no one take this the wrong way, but after a Nolan on-card, a Lasorta tag, Joe Jackson triple with cobb, Ripken ball, and that joey D quad, the first 3 replies are about Trout???
I get it about the $$, but it just made me laugh, as most of these "Phenoms" fade so quick... The Trout is so far from the best card imo- but I'm an old fart, so what do I know. I would take the hunter button myself...

Hahahaha ... I totally agree. The Trout is the big money-maker, that's what it comes down to and nothing wrong with that in my opinion. But to me, the really amazing cards are the old HOF autos and relics.

I would say he has a good chance of getting his money back $8000 divided by 160 hits comes out to about $50 a card. Good luck hope you profit Love the Trouty

Check out the sale values and compare them, you'll see why the Trouts got all the attention

the trout /10 is prob 1500-2000

my quick math said he pulled in maybe just under $6500, sucks the trout /10 went so low for ROI but some beautiful cards there.

Crazy the difference in FB and BKB, if that Trout were a Durant or Luck it would pay for half the break even at higher case prices.
