Default When you Rip a box of 1982 Topps Traded...

Like I just did this afternoon. One that had NEVER been opened....The smell brings me right back to childhood, my mom taking me to Woolworth to pick out a few packs, Fleetwood Mac on the stereo in my mothers Mustang...Then you go to card 98T and it looks like this???!!!??? Oh look, the Nats are winning....What a blessed day....

Centering has always been an issue with that card. But that one doesn't look horrible. Send it in to BGS or PSA and you have a shot at a 9.

Simply awesome. Love that card and the nostalgic story.

Not a single sick 5 color Al Ripley patch to be found. Brutal break, Bro.

Looks like a 9 to me as well, thanks. However the surface is the cleanest Ive ever seen on this card and the corners are perfect as well. Who knows? With a little luck and good karma....

The Ozzie from this set is one of my absolute favorite cards. It's his first Cardinals card and I love the photo. It can be had for 2 bucks but a card I love nonetheless. Ripken is ok I guess....

John, that Ripken is absolutely SWEET. I'd say you've got a shot at 9.5 if the surface is indeed as good as you say.

Cards are cards. Should we call cards from the early 90's and before "PAPER" cards?
