Default Topps Million Card Giveaway Results Thread

Not sure if this should go here or on the regular Baseball board. If it isn't what the mods want......please move it or get rid of it if need be! Otherwise, I thought it would make sense to put everyone's results in the same place instead of a bunch of different threads. Again, if others disagree, it can certainly be done in a different way. My results will be up in a bit (assuming everything is working!!)

I don't think the site is overloaded, just not active. Many people have been trying since just past midnight with no luck.

I registered and entered about 10 codes before the site slowed to a crawl. Will try back in a few hours. Most of my cards were from 1987 and 2005. Some decent names - Rose, Hoffman, etc... oldest card of the 10 was from '76.

I decided I'd try my luck with 1 card and sell the rest. After about 15 min of clicking and refreshing my card was finally revealed to be a 1987 Topps Gary Gaetti Twins card.

That was fun?

Default One of mine was a 1952 Dick Gernert

I entered about 6 before the site got overloaded. The best one was:

1952 Dick Gernert RC

I still have about 20 to go, but I was happy to get a '52

Tom

That is a HUGE hit. That is a Hi # and will sell for at least $50 and maybe a lot higher if it is in good condition.
