Default A&G - Help Me With A Number Question

So I purchased one pack this evening of retail at my local Walmart and inside were 2 mini cards, plus the usual full sized cards. Best card was Jason Heyward RC, which I was happy to get considering I've opened about 10 blasters and never got one. Anyway, one of the mini cards has a red Bazooka back and a number on the bottom out of 25. My question is, when they handwrite the number does anyone know how they mark the # 1 out of 25? Is it written 1/25 or 01/25 because mine is written 01/25 but at a distance it looks like it could be 9/25 but the zero is not connected at all to the 1.

I see there is one on ebay, might be more but I only saw the 1 at the time of writing this, didn't really search too much on there but then again the zero on that card is below the 1 and doesn't look like a 9 to me.

Here's what the # looks like on my card.

In the photo it looks like a 9 because I couldn't get a perfect close up with my iPhone camera but in person it looks like 01 / 25. Not that it is a big deal when it comes to the player because it's Kevin Millwood but still sort of a mystery and I was just wondering if anyone else has a card similar to this?

Thanks!

--Edit-- Might have posted this in the wrong section, feel free to move it, wasn't sure where exactly to ask this question.

That is real and bazooka is in retail i have pulled 2 of them. they probably have 20 different employees writting on the backs of the cards.

350 different cards times 25 is what 8700 cards they have to write on..
