Broke 1 box of Goudey

Broke a box of Goudey at the shop today after hearing that 4 boxes had been opened and nothing special had come out.

I opened the topper first and found a redemption for a Cal Ripken Auto Sports Royalty card - great start....

As for the rest of the box - nothing too special - I did get an extra jersey (Albert Pujols and Eric Chavez) and an auto of Brian Bannister along with the 12 SP's that I was suppose to get (2 Dice K and a Ruth)

I saw 2 more boxes get opened and in the 2nd box the topper was a Kevin Durant Auto!!! She also had a buyback Goudey in that box as well - good condition (about a PSA 3/4) that booked for $60 or so...

I just talked to UD on a different issue - looks like the extra jersey that I got (Pujols) is part of a 42 card set that only drops 1:288 packs

Not too bad....

All cards that I have seen are on card autos without any stickers or labels.

Does anyone know about the two-card bonus packs? I opened two boxes and found a two-card bonus pack inside that said I have an original goudey card. Are these inserted every other box???

The bonus packs are inserted 1 per case - there will be an original Goudey card in there and I think that there will be some other low numbered cards in the pack as well (I think that there will be either 1 or 2 cards in there numbered to 15)

I would open it and get the contents on the Bay right away.....
