You get no credit for simply admitting fault. What good is admitting fault if you do nothing to fix it? If McDonalds forgets your Big Mac and thinks admitting fault somehow fixes the problem, you'd be pretty upset.

Instead of apologizing and saying oh well. Maybe you could try to hook the guy up with an equally good deal. Stuff happens, mistakes are made but saying MY BAD is not a resolution. Everyone already knew it was your bad.

You definitely are a stand up guy for not hiding the fact that you messed up but try to take care of the dude.

I think he tried, and offered to send him free cards. How do you truly make it up to someone when you killed their chance at buying a true 1/1?

For the record he did not offer me anything. I still have all of the e-mails.

I do not even want anything, and I am not that upset... Just annoyed by this dude OBVIOUSLY screwing me over.

He screwed me over and was a huge jerk about it while doing so. I simply wanted to bring it up, and possibly sell a Carlos Lee relic?

You don't just forget you have a Superfractor on eBay. My money says you went with the best outcome. Big mistake. Whether or not he should move on is irrelevant. The fact is we all have learned who to avoid here.

did not get the price he wanted so he is attempting to cancel. This seems like fraud to me.

LOL Someone has their feathers ruffled, CM that is a big no no, like anything you are selling, have to keep track of your inventory, what if you sold it on ebay and then sold it to someone on here, would it have been a oops my bad then.. Lesson learned, keep better track of your items, good luck on midterms.. Sucks other dude missed out on a sweet card..
