These are the delivered prices on auctions I found - $73/$70.77 (same card - sold twice), $104.50, $134.37. There was also a buy it now/best offer that sold between the $104.50 and $134.37 card. So three of the four sales were over $100.00 delivered.

Those are the same two I quoted above - the delivered price is what I go by.

I'd probably do $75 delivered on it - if not, thanks anyway.

No problem - good luck to you. FWIW - Look at the centering on the three cards that sold for over $100 - looks very similar to mine. I think they all look the same to be honest.
