Default 25,000 CARDS FOR $3,000 - Willing to Deliver

Hey BC Community,

What's up guys? So I collected cards as a kid (late '80's early '90's) and live in DC so didn't have much to cheer about for the better part of 20 years. Then Harper, Machado, Griffin III, Wall, Ovechkin, Beal, Morris, Bundy, Guasman, etc show up in the past few years it was worth while to be a fan again. Anyways, Since March of this year I went to buy a few packs trying to score a few rookie cards of the previously mentioned players and ended up on a 9 month card bender that left me with 25k plus cards (baseball, football, basketball, and a little hockey).

So I just got married about 5 weeks ago and realized I had blown a butt load of money on cards that are not doing much to contribute to my current situation so in light of that I'm looking to unload everything and focus on starting my family. I'm sure I'll come back to the card community in the next year or so but right now it just doesn't feel right to have thousands in cards sitting around when my wife is working so hard.

So what does that mean for the BC community? That the butt load of cards I have are pretty much yours for the taking. I have Puig, Machado, Bundy, Irving, Profar, Myers, Luck, Griffin III, Geno, Cordelle, Ripken, etc...

It's probably best to do a meeting in person since its so many cards. I'm willing to drive 4 hours from the DC area to meet (NYC, Philly, Charlotte even).

Cash ONLY. Cards are all in MINT Condition. This is my first post after closely following for so 6 plus months so hopefully I posted this in the correct topic and didn't offend the administrators.

Thanks guys.

Kev

welcome to the boards - good luck with this but you've posted in the incorrect section. Try the B/S/T forum. You may also want to be more specific as to what is included in the lot.

25K cards is not a lot of cards...I feel like everyone on these boards has far more than 5 5,000 count boxes full of cards...

Is this 3K worth of base cards and rookies? any autos? I live near Gary, IN we can meet at 5th and broadway

What years do these cards consist of and is it just base/inserts or are there autos/relics as well?

How many cards is a buttload? Whose butt was the standard for the measurement anyway?

It could be a "pack searchers scale" sized buttload and we all know that is a lot of cards!!

In his defense, the buttload system is the metric system of the South.

It may take some time, but I'll get my $$ back.

$1 at a time. People still wear watches right? They need to replace the fake pleather bands often don't they?
