So jacob you are saying wait till december? You think it will continue its slide even after release? My fear in a case is that I won't get the two guys who I really want (Mattingly and Munson). I'd hate to get a case get neither guy and still have to go buy a box of each. What are your thoughts on how frequent these players might be?

Ok you are a big time Yankee fan like me, so I say wait. We are in a huge recession, no way the market fixes itself in even 6 months. This is what you should do, you want Mattingly and Munson, so do what you planned.....ebay them. Wait for the early releases and see how they are going, them put them on your watchlist and wait for an auction. Find a 1 day auction or one ending at a bad time and you may be able to buy it for 50% less then what its going. I think Mattingly and Munson will be $150 boxes, so you should be able to snipe one for $75 between December and May. Just have patience and hold onto your 2K and you might be able to buy 10-20 boxes with your money!

This is why I come to you for help on this product! Now here's the other side of the decision. My thought now is wait till december and get a case and hope that one or both are in it, maybe get lucky on what is in the case and flip the rest? If I have to buy whatever player I didn't get.

I'm assuming the odds are pretty good that one of the two would be in a case? If I wait till december I should be able to see enough case breaks to see how often they are inserted.

Not true....well kind of. I bought 26 cases....there are some players I only got 1-2 boxes of. There are some players (other than Mantle and Bonds) that I got over 20 boxes of. So in that 10 box case you might end up with 3-4 doubles, I doubt it, but I am sure you will get 1 double. Yea wait till November, for you I will record some of my case breaks when I just open the outside of the boxes so you can see the player boxes...or I will just post my case breaks like I did in the beginning of the year.

JBS on the FB Sterling sell sheet they gaurantee 10 different boxes! I would hope that they would do the same for baseball!
