If they were smart, they'd just write a check, but we know how arrogant they are so I hope he sues and gets punitive damages.

Tough position to be in....I don't think he'll see another dime though in my opinion. What would he sue for at the most? A couple of hundred dollars? It's not worth it. He's at Ebay's mercy more or less.
