I don't think there's an easy answer to your question. A lot of people break cases here but have to really work to pull a profit. A big money card helps but those are few and far between. Good luck.

tough business now. you should watch ebay prices on newly released items. also, most people arent too keen on sharing their strategies.

Baseball tends to have the best chances of returning a profit, but since the season is done (unless you made the playoffs), should start cooling off. Basketball is a total bust IMHO. Hockey is just starting up so theres possibilities there. Football is going on, and some of the rookies are hot, but its very much the "flavor" of the week.

Sports cards is the WORST way to try and make money for college. you will make more at a part time job that pays $5 an hour.

if telling yourself that it's for college is the way you want to justify it............. take this advice. spend more time studying & working, and less time thinking about busting wax to try and help with college. because 9 times out of 10, you're going to lose money with just a single case or two. especially if this is your first attempt at a rip & flip.

Just curious....but are you the same kid who came on here last year that kept starting all the threads asking what boxes you should buy? The user name is eerily similar.

Damn, I knew I thought the user name was familiar for some reason.

You can make more by selling your blood on a bi-weekly basis than selling cards.
