30 DAYS AND COUNT DOWN STARTS. i think i will buy just one more case of jumbo's 24 auto's per case. i cant stop buying if they go any higher then $1200. i got in on 5 cases already for $4500. so one more at $1200 will hurt a little. but i must get in now because the jumbo's are drying up already. just jumbos.

Quit adding to the frenzy, you work for blowout? Use your heads folks. This could go either way. It is a GAMBLE. Having said that, I hope those who buy, do well. I also hope blowout does well with this product.

$1200? I'm seeing them go for 850-900 on ebay, so I don't know if people are actually paying that price yet, or are they? Yikes.. 850 I could stomach.

And none of those folks will get them for that price. These people are just providing the sellers an interest free loan. Jumbos will be $1600 at release, those waiting for Jumbos to go down will be disappointed. The print run on this stuff will be huge but it won't go to Jumbo boxes the extra cards will all be in retail. Retail prices will be flat, Jumbos will spike huge.

Holy cow!! Didn't know direct was that low, I'm in the wrong business! $500++ profit per case before it even releases? Like shooting fish in a barrel, LOL. Wonder how many jumbo cases they made? That is the BIG question.

only topps knows how they make,or can you tell from the odds on the packs. Is there more than 10,000 case of JUMBO made/ or more like 5,000 jumbo cases.

Yeah, I stopped listening to people a long time ago. I have 3 cases on order with a potential 4th case. (3 Jumbo/1 Hobby). No, I did not get the best prices on all of them, but honestly, I don't care. The value will hold.
Don't believe what you read on these forums. Prices may come down, but not by much. More than likely, they will go up, not down. $1200 for a case of cards is crazy, but on May 11th, I bet you it's going to be crazier. This hobby is CRAZY! I don't even know how we can call it a hobby anymore.

Muhahahaha...prices came down slightly. The calm before the storm. I like the games retailers play...very clever. Just when you were coming to grips that the price is going to settle at $X amount, they drop it $20 bucks to keep you watching with anticipation...Will it go down more...or will you miss your opportunity this time....
Just for fun, we should see who can guess the high and low for 2011 Bowman Jumbo Case/Box from now till release. I say it bottoms out at $1100/$140 and climbs to $1400/$175 at release.

How many 2011 Bowman jumbos cases/boxes did you guy buy and how early did you get in on price. i did buy 5 cases at $4500 Now i am working on buying 2 cases of 2011 Bowman Platinum before that goes up. i don't think it will go to high, but it looks like a nice break. Maybe not hobby boxes but JUMBO'S will dry up. also my 14 old nephew wants to get some of 2011 bowman . he wanted to know if you guys thinks if he should buy a hobby case at $820 or buy 4 jumbos for $600. you get 12 auto in both. what do you think. thanks

This auto checklist is a joke. Brandon Belt may sell decent but he sucks and your next best Chrome auto is between Britton and Profar. Unless those TBD's are awesome, Topps just pulled a fast one on everybody who thinks this is a GREAT buy at anything over $900/jumbo case. It is literally Harper auto or you lose. And if he continues to look overly pedestrian, this is gonna bust hard. I preordered 21 jumbo cases last year and ZERO this year. I hope I am wrong but I don't see it. This will not be a repeat of 2010 Bowman.
