Ok so this is weird

I never had a redemption card before so maybe its not so weird...I received an UD redemption card, filled out the information and it said athlete is pending blah blah. So I found out who my redemption was for RR7 and I emailed UD. I got this response...

To whom it may concern,

I just found out through blowoutcards that the mystery card RR7 is Alexei Ramirez. Do I need to do anything other than submit my code for this card? I see on the bottom of your page is has redemption list with a drop down menu. The drop downs are pending, fulfilled and other. Is there something that needs to be done on my end?

Change the drop down to fulfilled. Also they are really bad at updating the site. Redemption cards that land will always take weeks before it says shipped.

Not to mention you get an email saying that your "redemption has shipped" generally three to four days after the card has already arrived.

Hi Jason,

Your card is in the process of shipping actually, you should get it in about 2-3 weeks. It actually fell into the fulfilled pile but it will switch to shipped when it leaves us so you are all set. Thanks
