2011 Bowman possible harper error card HELP

So I finally found 3 blasters and some rack packs at a walmart in southern cali. I ended up pulling three harper base and what looks to be a harper chrome but the back of the card says BP1 instead of BCP1 the reason I think this may be an error is the card looks like chrome and it has a different background then the regular harpers. Anybody have any ideas on this????? attached are the pictures of the fronts and backs of the base and what looks to be the chrome.

its an international parallel not a chrome

It's an International version/subset/insert card of him. Not sure how much more rare it is but they seem to do well so far on eBay. If you're prone to post it on eBay do it soon after checking other auctions for specific "International Harper" info.

wow just looked it up seems to be rare only one sold for 127.50 Thx for the help I knew something looked different haha now im a little bummed I didnt get a chrome though.

FYI this was the first one to sell on Fleebay I do believe.

Agrred, pop it on a 1 Day auction as an International version, you'll sell it for much more than it will go for in a few weeks when Hobby arrives.

I pretty much cleared out a wal mart in glendora California, I saw one other international up right now u guys think bin/bo or auction is best for this card??

1 day auction no reserve and let it ride. If you do a BIN/BO for 30 day's it'll sit in the back of the queue and people will be like, eh who cares. Most look at auctions ending soonest, they'll see your's and bid on it like crazy.
