Default 2008 Sterling Mystery Packs

Is there anything that is guaranteed like last year? Do you get 1 jumbo patch, a 1/1, etc?

I've yet to see anything guarenting them, nor have I seen any case breaks that have opened the packs to figure it out.

I think there's supposed to be at least one 1/1 per case. The Topps Channel break had a 1/1 Bob Gibson jumbo swatch.

But don't quote me on the guarantee.

Ive seen 2 Fred Mcgriff "1/1" jumbo swatches on ebay thus far. Is topps trying to bleed out the super swatch 1/1 market now?

Y E S. They will "bleed out" everything to make a buck. I wish there were more companies out there that actually cared about collectors and the hobby in general as apposed to making the now not-so-might dollar.

I see a Wade Boggs jumbo patch on Ebay...off a Devil Rays jersey...at least they labeled the card and the photo is correct, Upper Deck probably wouldn't have, lol.
