Card shop pick ups! Sick Ryan++

Hey guys, I picked up two nice cards today from the LCS. The first is a Topps 60th anny Bryce harper Auto /60..

The second looks to be a Nolan Ryan fans dream (according to a few of my Ryan collector friends)

2005 Topps Retired Edition Auto /25

Quick question, I can not find any pricing for this card... Not even in beckett, I can find one numbered to /35 from 05 topps but not this one /25... Any help would be appreciated. I am heading out for some fireworks and pops, ill check back in a few!

Very nice pickup. Beckett doesn't price cards #'d/25 or lower, I know that much. There is currently one on eBay for $525 BIN/BO. Not sure it's worth that much but it's certainly a very nice pick up.

Yea, I didn't expect to find pricing but I can't even find it in the database which is strange.

I've seen other topps retired refractors #'d to 25 before, sometimes they are black sometimes they are not. I think it depends on what year they are from. Recently there was a Paul Molitor on eBay that was black and #'d/25. Either way, it's an awesome card.

That Ryan card is AMAZING!!! I too looked at the Beckett database and am totally baffled. The only refractor version from 2005 is numbered out of 10, not 25. Then the 2003 and 2004 Refractor autograph versions are both numbered out of 25, but yours clearly states 2005. Hmmmmmm, very interesting.

On another note, I have always loved Nolan Ryan's signature. This is how all ball players should sign their names. Even over the years Ryan's has hardly changed at all.

I want to see the Harper! Man - card shops around here don't have any good singles it seems.

Same here. My LCS has ungraded vintage in VG/EX condition that he sells for high BV, and a bunch of EEE autos from the last 7 years.
