It's about time, although I think the Rays are usually pretty conservative in promoting their prospects. You'd have to think that they would seriously consider dealing Upton & Hellickson or someone else with Moore & Jennings in the waiting. Something tells me that if those two got a shot they could provide a solid boost to the Rays.

Alex Torres made his MLB debut last night. Sadly he walked in the winning run against the Yanks in relief.
