If you are worried about sending the card back, you should post the sellers name. If he is a big time seller, there is a decent chance someone here can vouch for him. And if we can see his feedback history, we can give you a better opinion on whether its safe to send it back. But if you don't want to post it, I'd say send it back. He seems willing to work with you. As long as you have signature confirmation on it, you are fine.

this is very easy. you arent happy with the card. return it (with proof of delivery). if they dont refund you call your credit card co. & they go after paypal, paypal then goes after the seller. you are 100% covered.

If you have 90 days with your c-card company, then yes. You are covered.

Start a thread with pics of your PSA results. Would love to see how strict PSA has been lately. Thinking of sending some stuff in as well.

PSA submission question...

"I have Ryan, Killebrew, and Rose rookies I want to send...they are not perfect obviously but not sure if they will be over $499. Paid less than that for them."
Chill out Columbo. What are you trying to get at? Who gives a sh!t about what he paid for it or what he says he paid for it - it's not relevant to the discussion.

Call the credit card company first - just to get the return on record - paper trail is everything with them.

Let the seller know that if he does not honor your return you will have no choice but to do a chargeback through cc.

If I was the seller, I would certainly refund you. If he has the reputation, he will too.

Good luck.

You have 180 days (6 months) to file a credit card charge back.

Maybe the seller got it from someone who trimmed it but didn't notice? Either way if they have an outstanding rating on eBay, everything should go well. Just use tracking for sure and maybe even insurance so they can't say it was damaged in the mail.

Maybe the One grader at psa is wrong? Send it to BGS so you get a second opinion. Then blame the seller is both PSA and BGS says its trimmed.. Right now it is One graders word versus the seller word.

PSA/BGS are not perfect. who knows...

Good advice.

They refused my idea of sending them a paypal invoice and keep saying send it back we will refund you.

But I will call the card company before I send.

they will refund you & its in their best interests. if they refuse, you still get your money back & paypal bangs them for a chargeback fee.
