Default Is This Against E-Bay Rules....

Or just douche-tastic?:

JOEY VOTTO 2011 Allen & Ginter Rip Card 10/10 | eBay

Not so bad, right? Well,to most of us it's obvious it's ripped already...but not stating so explicitly is deliberately misleading...so he's fishing for a couple of guys who aren't reading very closely to drive up the price huge, right? I guess technically OK, but still a d*** move, right?

Hehe:

Don't know if it against the rules, but he is probably going to get negative feedback and have to refund the buyer for "item not described." Ebay and it's morons . . .

Looking at the listing, how the heck would anyone know that it is already ripped??

That doesn't really matter, he is screwed with an item not described claim, if it gets opened. Some sellers aren't that bright . .

Figured as much!

To the OP, how is it obvious that this card is ripped already? If you hadn't asked the seller, I would have no idea. How can you tell from the listing, because I can't??

Can this item be reported to eBay? Not sure what the protocol is on this but someone's going to be unhappy when they get their ripped card.

I was just saying that we, being the savvy e-bay using collectors that we are, would be able to infer by omission that it was a ripped rip card. Average E-bayer--not so much. This guy is obviously trying to rip someone off....hehe 'rip'

That said--I'd pay $20 for a ripped /10 Votto...but that's just me...what do you guys think about a ripped PC rip card?

It does have 104 views and only 3 bids--I think most people are on to it...but all it takes is one or two....

scroll down on the listing, he posted the question and the answer, so don't think ebay would cover it under not as described. And even if he didn't he doesn;t have the condition of the card listed so buyer would have no leg to stand on, It is the rip card that is stated (Still think the listings intention is to mislead, just no proof)
