Theres changing checklists and removing 90% of the stars and replacing them with middle relievers.

Theres a big difference to what has been done to what happened with Platinum.

I had a 6-box case preordered @ $550, cancelled it when it got delayed. Glad that I did.

Nope - "Checklist Subject to Change" allows them off the hook every time. Panini does it as well. Just like Prestige and Cam Newton autos.

the bigger problem is that it seem that this happens with every topps product of late

and you would think they could have released a updated checklist sooner that when the product hits the shelf

and if they pulled this with debut and platinum what is going to stop them from pulling this on bowman chrome

Nothing, they will continue to do it and everyone will continue to buy their baseball products as long as they put Bryce Harper in there. They are using Harper as the "bait" and then "switching" the checklist to save a bunch of money on autograph costs.

i understand there will be unforseen changes but how bout making those changes with same valued content? this is a bait & swicth absolutely. advertising something, then producing less value is real sh!tty & i'd like to hear topps justify it.

i just cut up 11 relic autos........ placed them in a mailer......... and am going to send them to topps tomorrow.

NOT A CHANCE. For anyone out there that seriously wants to get to Topps, just don't buy their products until they go live for a few days to see a real checklist. Don't pre-order. If you don't pre-order, the price will hold or drop up at the release point. It's simple:

If I'm a distributor/wholesaler and I pre-order 100 cases of a Topps Baseball product and nobody pre-orders, I will continue to drop the price in a panic until someone starts buying.
