Anyone else ever have an invalid redemption card?

I just tried to redeem my 2011 A & G Miguel Cabrera auto redemption. I scratched the back of the card myself, and put it in. Here is the message I received:

The Redemption code that you entered does not exist.
Please check the code on the card back and try again.

I know that all of the Allen & Ginter redemptions start with A&G because I have a few others as well. I have looked it over about 50 times and tried to input it with the same message.

Has anyone else had this problem? I know that it hasn't been redeemed already because when that occurs they just say that it has been redeemed already

check you list of redemptions, it might be in there. had same thing happen to me.

If it doesn't work, Call Topps and just ask if all these were put in, because you are having trouble. If they say yes, ask if you can just give them the code or mail it to them.

Make sure you're not mixing up o and 0, etc. Failing that, just call them.

I'd just mail the card in. As we did back in the olden days.

Check your active redemptions, it might have ended up there and make sure your not confusing o with zero (0) and l with one (1)

I had one for a Dustin Pedroia "Touched by Greatness" auto /10 from 2010 Sterling. The code wouldn't work (I was getting the same message you're getting). I called in and they wouldn't take the code over the phone and I had to mail it in. That was back in March and I still haven't received the card.
