LOL this clown AJ tells you all a sob story, but fails to mention that he is well known for berating CS of major companies in attempts to gain free stuff. If you cant have fun with this hobby then quit spending your money on it. So many I see on boards have nothing but time to crap on CS. Change your hobby to port-a-potty cleaner....you will have more fun and to complain would be expected.

You're complaining that he's complaining. What makes you any different than him?

Edit: Another thought: You're actually much worse than him. AT least he has a monetary reason to complain. You're just doing it to be a troll.

I hear stalking men online is the new cool thing. Then you complain like a woman about complying ignoring how uremic (maybe moronic) you are.

I have never heard of or seen anything about this company or product. As much as I am involved in the hobby that tells me all I need to know about the product/company. Sorry to hear about your troubles though.

Why would you spend $100 on a no-name product? Especially when you heard the results from someone else's box?

Why not bring this thread back from the dead once more?

I saw some of their newer baseball cards online and thought they looked decent (other than the obvious smudging tool from PS).

I'm wondering if they're legal though? Don't you have to change up the uniforms a bit more than this?

They said on Twitter that they attain licenses with individual athletes, not the league or player associations. I'm curious about that because they have Mickey Mantle cards and isn't the Mantle estate notoriously tough on licensing?

They also have a lot of sketch cards with full logos. Is that legal? I'm asking because I'm sincerely curious.

Just an FYI, it looks like Tri-City Sports of Poland is getting ready to sue a forum. Not sure if it's this one or not. It's probably the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard.

But we are building a legal case of slander and defamation of international branding against a forum
.
Sad to see

Not sure who they would sue. Blowout? No way. Individual users? How? They adamantly claim that they have individual licenses for every player, but I doubt it. There's something very shady about this company. I'd bet the MLB, NFL and player's associations would have something to say if this company was worth noticing.

Tempy Moore is their resident sketch artist. That is slander enough, in itself :x

Wouldn't be surprised if they do try to sue Blowout. They might just do it and say "give us XXX amount of money and we'll leave you alone". Probably not making money and will say it's because of this forum. Again, everything said is opinion.

This sounds ridiculous and yet comical at the same time. I don't know how they'd be able to show damages.

They contacted me on Twitter some time ago and expressed interest in my artwork, possibly to ask me to come aboard with them as a sketch card artist. I responded with mild interest but never heard back from them. However, I"ve been following them on Twitter just to find out more about them (I've seen some less-than-flattering things about them being posted on here, so naturally it piqued my interest), and something just doesn't seem right about the company- their less-than-stellar grammatical skills and unattractive-looking website notwithstanding.
