SP Authentic Baseball...

I'm tired of my regular work (video editing).

Decided to zone out with some music and design a card set. I hate most of the products these days.
But I love some of the past ones, I think SP Authentic has always had a lot of amazing sets and sub sets.

I'm going to try and mold something together, of course I'll post the results.
I already have a rough list of the inserts that I'll create...

But I always like input from other people.

So, what parts of SP Authentic do you like? What don't you like?

I'm going to get cracking now, but want to hear what people would do if it was up to them to re-create the SP Authentic set

I would like Ud to put out a college set of SP authentic. Since they have that licsence and are not really using it. Would be cool to see proepcets and old legends in college unis. Lettermans would look good in this set too.

I'm pretending UD has a license with this, and I'm going to bring back rookies into this set, while still making HOF/Veterans dominate

Haha that's not a bad idea...if someone wants customs cards, let me know a player. I have 15 sets to make so I'll try and use players people requests!

Rookies, Prospects, Veterans and HOF's will be in the set

If you could make a physical dual card of Musial and Markakis, i would get it autographed by both. It would look awesome. A virtual of both is fine though........

Here's a rough of the Hosmer...getting tired. I realize this project will take a while so patience all! But I'll make sure to do some customs.

Only cause I'm a sucker for compliments. I had to tweak the design because I couldn't find a number patch in a high quality image, so I went with their new logo...

also it should be noted that this is the rough draft still, I haven't add a nameplate to the design yet

That Pujols card looks awesome. My only comment is the Cards logo looks a little too small.

Thanks for the input, I realized I made it too small, it bugs me a lot too.
It's definitely something I'll change for the final drafts, whenever those happen

These are really nice. How about Michael Jordan in a White Sox / Barons uniform? Also would like to see Mike Trout or Starlin Castro. Could you do patches? What about the letterman autos? So don't want to overwhelm you but just love customs! Great work!
