Beckett News Panini America halts production to add first Albert Pujols Los Angeles baseball cards
they should send it over to Topps for some sick mojo airbrushing of the new uni.

Horrible Panini!! First Los Angeles Angels card??????? Why dont we call it what it really is, First "Nike dry fit team" shirt card. Maybe they shouldnt have halted production.

regardless of when or where they release this product i wont be buying
its just a pet peave that i dont buy non-mlb uniform products, like this elite extra, etc although I do see angels fans possibly buying up the pujols singles

Haha delay production, all they have to do is switch the words "SAINT LOUIS" to "LOS ANGELES", there's not gonna be any other evidence of MLB affiliation on the card!

Considering I'm a Pujols fan, I'll probably just pick up his card along with Ichiro's. Other than that I wouldn't really invest into this one particular product. I don't know, something just isn't right. That's just me....

This story would've been much better had it simply stopped at "Panini Halts Production."
That would be a great start to improving this industry. My opinion of course, though not alone in such.

just another example of Panini being lazy. If they cared enough to do the first card right, I'm sure at some point he will be either wearing or holding an Angels jersey in the near future if he hasn't already...get a pic of that for the card.
It's never about quality of product though, its about being the first to shove your crap out the door...just to say you were first.
