2012 Topps Wrapper redemption question

I have 421 Jumbo wrappers for the wrapper redemption and I know the deadline is in a week. Has anyone sent these in? Do you need any paperwork with the wrappers? Topps.com has nothing in regards to this program they are running (SHOCKING!). Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks

I don't think it was required but I just threw an index card in the box saying how many wrappers were in there and my shipping address. Already got my packs.

As others have said, include a note with your return address and how many packs you are submitting for (to reduce potential counting errors)

I went through the trash at the LCS to get 4 more jumo wrappers, (just enough for 2 redemption packs, and they smelled like crap... sent them out like 2 weeks ago, so i am guessing they just trashed em!

Anyone need any jumbo wrappers? I have seven just sitting here. I was planning on buying more but haven't made it out to the LCS.
