Really? No kidding? What a stupid thread, no offense of course. What about the people who cannot afford the entire case but want a taste of the unopened product? Should people not walk in a shop and but the packs either? Sure someone could pull the case hit based on weight but there is still value in the other packs since there is a hit per. PLUS dont forget these will be WAY cheaper than a box or case when all is added up.

If I was going to buy a case of something, I'd hope to get the hit in the first 3 boxes I open, then sell the rest of the boxes because I got what I wanted (and money towards future purchases.)
Also what do you want them to do? Note on their ebay listing that they pulled a case hit and you have no chance at getting anything good? RIDICULIOUS.

What about the people that buy cases to hold and resell them later at per box prices?
I would just be careful of people resealing boxes on ebay.
