Lol they will send you what you more than likely would have pulled. A base auto that sells for $4. And no they dont randomly send out colored refractors. At one point they did but then people started claiming they got no hits when they didnt pull a $200 refractor auto.

out of 72 autos........ i was missing 15. one case was short 11 and 4 more missing out of 2 cases.

my LCS sent Topps an email on Wed the 9th. i got the replacements yesterday. they will be for sale.... in another thread !!!!!!!

12 boxes 0 chrome autos. I did pull the black Lindor & blue RC Mesoraco.

I usually enjoy breaking cases even when I'm pulling crap there's always hope. But after the 6th box and I realized there would be no prospect autos it became boring.

Oh well, I guess I'll build sets and watch the Laker game.

I had a draft case w/ no prospect autos in it and was advised to finish opening as well and was told "they would take care of me". They took care of me all right. They sent me all base autos and 1 refractor auto of Kevin Matthews

I swear hearing these type of stories make me rethink if I ever will get back into Case Busting.There's some Risk involved and I know that and I can except that.I stop busting cases in 2006 after 2 cases of BDP.

Both cases I made half my money back.

You want stuff like this to stop happening start recording every case you crack. good or bad no matter what the product is.If the results are bad I would just send the video to them.

Might get you better results on replacements.Trust me....Seeing the video for themselves might get them to rethink.

If they continue to see the same results maybe they will start using there heads before to many sour grapes start to fill customers mouths.

It's why I stop and stick to boxes....I am happy I have 2 really good LCP's that I can trust and I can trust about 3 online dealers with single boxes.

They need to find a better way to split these results up better.I know people that cheer when there cases are loaded.

Like I said there's Risk but you shouldn't get kicked in the Junk either.

I too have had some shady cases. I like spreading the risk/reward buying from different online retailers and LCS. I have had much better luck getting more than one case hit and a bad box compared to a bad case. How does whole cases end up bad? I know Topps will send replacements but they will be base autos and garbage. Not good for someone whose whole case was funny. I get it for someone like me who has hits missing here and there. I send in all my missing hits twice yearly and they average 15-30 missing throughout many products. All my replacements have been straight tier 9 level scrubs...I do not expect huge replacements otherwise everyone would cry foul. But seriously, 15 to 30 missed replacements may have a B level player? Naaaaaaaahhhh....thanks Topps for at least replacing and doing it timely and sending redemptions timely but do not be afraid to throw a bone now and then. I send you receipts and wrappers showing 10s of thousands spent and you send future bellhop autos from unknown talent...not a good look....this guy should pack up his case and get a replacement but I realize not possible so it sucks and no scrub auto could ever make up the lost fun at pulling a sweet prospect...if they send Darvish I will eat my shorts!

Record the SOB and if they contunie to be that bad and they can't throw you some kind of bone then keep posting the results on youtube...Sooner or later they might get the hint.

This is the main reason why I stopped busting cases...Year after year the cases where well shorted then what I was suppose to get.

I haven't complain because I figure it would land on deaf ears.So I just stop on my own and moved on.

Think about the more those tear B and Tear A stay locked away in the nice Vault they have........Hum makes you wonder.
